Public Beach Spanking

Another beach spanking, this time I found the inspiration with a real life situation I encountered while baking at the beach: two boys were spying on two topless girls a little further on the beach.
My imagination began running wild...

Oh yeah, both girls are nineteen years of age and those little 'kids' are in fact dwarven actors. I swear!
